Approximately 31.25" high x 17" wide and fits mini flags up to 12" wide (flag shown not included). The mini flag hangs on a rod about 30" from the ground.
The mini flag holder has two 9" stakes at the bottom to insert in the ground for extra stability making the overall size 40.25" high x 17" wide.
